A perfect balance of sweet and tart, make this mead one of our customers favorites. Local, raw wildflower honey is fermented with fresh, juicy raspberries harvested at a couple of local family farms. Dark red, and bursting with flavor, this libation is nice chilled, or leave at room temperature for an after dinner treat! Another hint: try with some dark hot chocolate!
Although technically this is one of our sweeter meads, it is well balanced with the tartness of the berries, for a semi-sweet indulgence.
