The best of a hard cider AND a mead, this locally produced libation is crafted with care. Fresh Pressed Macintosh apples from Massachusetts are fermented along with local wildflower honey to give this drink clear start and crisp and peppery dry finish! A must with grilled pork, aged cheddar, or walnut baklava!
This mead was named in honor of the 250th anniversary of the building of the Choate Bridge here in Ipswich, MA. It is the oldest double stone arched bridge build in the English Colonies that is still in use today.
